What Our Services Include
RENTAL & FORECLOSURE CLEAN-OUTS
This includes the removal of all items left by the previous tenants or owners. After removal of items floors are rough cleaned (sweep, mop, vacuum). Wall are wiped down with with damp cloth. Bathroom is cleaned (sink, toilet, tub). Kitchen is cleaned (sink, stove, refrigerator, countertops). All rooms will be left free of items and rough cleaned (including basements and garages).
CONSTRUCTION SITE CLEAN-UP
Construction sites are cleaned up as needed by the builder. Lumber, siding, roofing, drywall, general trash, etc. will be picked up.
DEMOLITION PILES
Demolition of any kind will be picked up.
BASEMENTS & GARAGES
Removal of all or specific items plus rough cleaning is included.
BRUSH & YARD WASTE
Brush will be removed and yard raked under pile. Yard waste of any kind will be removed.
YARD MAINTENANCE
This service includes light mowing, trimming bushes, cleaning sidewalks, and driveways.
TRASH
Trash will be picked and priced according to quantity and location.
APPLIANCES
Appliances of any kind will be picked up. Freon units will have extra city regulated charges.
FURNITURE
Old furniture that is to be disposed of will be picked up.
SCRAP METAL
Scrap metal of any kind will be picked up. Some restrictions apply to size and weight.
FIRE DAMAGE
Removal of all damaged items, and any materials on floors.
YARD SALE LEFT-OVERS
These will be picked and usually donated. Some restrictions apply to condition and types of items.
SNOW REMOVAL
This includes walks, driveways, and small lots. Salting is also provided.
WEEKLY GROUNDS KEEPING
This includes mowing, trimming bushes as needed, removing trash from yard, cleaning any common tenant areas, and snow removal.
